For neatly binding documents or for binding bulky documents, we have a machine that punches holes, after which the document can be bound with a plastic (black) ring binder. A plastic ring binder is particularly useful if the document needs to be opened flat or even folded all the way over.

A transparent protective sheet at the front and a cardboard sheet (in black, red, yellow, beige, green, blue, or white) at the back complete the presentation.

Alternative methods of binding are the powerbind glue backing, metal spiral or metal binding.
