Poster printing - A2 - A1 - A0
CopyShop Den Haag prints posters in A2, A1 and A0 sizes (and custom sizes in between)
Choose from a range of paper types:
- 180 gsm matt poster paper (suitable for all types of images)
- 180 gsm satin photo poster paper (also ideal for photos, with a satin sheen)
- 80 gsm technical drawing paper (for fine line drawings only; not suitable for solid fills or photos)
We print posters using a Canon ImagePROGRAF GP-4600s. This high-speed, wide-format inkjet printer produces an A0 poster at 2400x1200 dpi with 7-colour pigment ink in just a few minutes.
Prices
The price per print depends on the size, paper type and quantity (which may include prints from different originals). For non-standard sizes, the price is based on the next largest A-size; for example, 40x50cm = A2 price, 50x70cm = A1 price, 60x90 = A0 price).
All prices listed below are per item and include 21% VAT.

Supplying your files
You can supply your file as a PDF.
Make sure your file is high-resolution. We recommend at least 300 dpi.
Your original can be smaller or larger than the print size you require. We will scale it down or up accordingly. Please note that if your file is not laid out in an A-size format (A4, A3, 2, A2, A1 or A0), white strips will appear on two sides of the print to fit the ordered size. We can trim these off on request, but the finished print will then be a non-standard size.
Packaging
We package posters in plastic roll-wrap film. You can also buy cardboard tubes at our copy shop.
Posters ordered online and sent by mail are also packed in cardboard tubes.
Ordering
Sometimes we can print your poster while you wait in our shop, but we recommend placing your order in advance. We will let you know when it is ready for collection. This is usually the same day or the next day.
