For whom?
Anyone who needs something printed or copied can go to CopyShop Den Haag. Whether it's for personal or business use, whether it's a thesis, research paper, teaching materials, poster, place card, or presentation. We have four multifunction laser printers where you can copy, print, and scan from USB or email.
Using the latest high-volume and large-format machines, we provide full-service printing services. We also offer a wide range of finishing options, including binding, cutting, folding, stapling, and laminating.
Important to know:
1. Do you have questions about your print job? We'll work with you to achieve the best result.
2. We usually print and bind on the same day
3. You can upload your document(s) in the form below or email them to print@copyshopdenhaag.nlWe will notify you when the order is ready.
4. You can also come with a USB stick or log in to your email on our PC to print from there.
5. Printing The Hague: we speak Dutch and/or English.
6. In ourweb shopYou can order business cards and posters online and find our range of office supplies, printer ink, etc.
Practical
You can collect your documents from our print shop or we can deliver them to businesses (this is free for businesses in the Beatrixkwartier and free in the The Hague region for orders of 250 euros or more).
We are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm and on Saturdays from 12pm to 5pm.
You can pay by cash, debit card, or, for business clients, by invoice within 14 days (after approval). You can also pay in advance via an online payment link.
After paying at the print shop, you will receive the receipt by email.
Our CopyShop is located between The Hague Laan van NOI station and The Hague Central station (a ten-minute walk from The Hague city center) at Carolina van Nassaustraat 329, 2595 SV The Hague.

About our printers

Because our overhead is low, we can offer our printing service affordably without compromising quality.
Our Ricoh Pro7200 and Pro5300s are top-notch professional laser printers that print in high resolution color and black and white on a wide range of paper types (from 80 gsm to 400 gsm) in both single- and double-sided printing. The machines can create folding/stapling booklets of up to 40 pages (depending on the paper type chosen).
Our Ricoh IM2000 and IM3000 DIY printers are also professional laser printers (high resolution, single- and double-sided), capable of printing at a speed of 35 prints per minute. These machines can also scan and send them to your email address.
Our Canon Pro 4000S poster printer prints all large formats from A2 to A0 in color or black and white on various types of paper.
