Laminate - plasticize
Laminating is the process of applying a plastic layer over printed material. It is also known as plasticizing. The result is protected against, for example, weather influences. Think, for instance, of menus, placemats, hiking and sailing maps that must not get wet.
CopyShop Den Haag has a laminator capable of laminating all sizes up to and including A3 (29.7 x 42 cm). During lamination, a plastic layer is applied to both sides of the printed material using a laminating pouch. You can choose between flexible lamination and firm lamination, depending on the desired durability and glossy or matte laminate.
We have samples of thin (80 micron), medium (125 micron), and heavy (250 micron) lamination in our store, so you can come and see and feel for yourself to make the right choice.
Our laminating machine is super fast, allowing us to deliver hundreds of pieces within a day.
