Printing your book

The printing company serves the Dutch and Flemish markets. Book printing is a completely different specialty than traditional printing. Customer requirements and wishes are different, the design options are different, and the book printing process is different. At our office, we have all the samples of paper, design, and size so you can see and feel what your book will look like.

The printing house focuses primarily on authors who want to self-publish their books. This means that the author retains the rights to the book while also assuming the publishing risk (marketing, distribution, sales, and inventory).

Authors who wish to have a book published by us, with us partially or fully assuming the publishing risk, are referred to our publisher, U2pi.

Once we've reviewed the author's requirements and wishes, we'll create a customized quote. A proof is a standard part of the process, allowing you to see if the result meets your expectations. We deliver books throughout the Netherlands and Flanders.

Nowadays, the difference in quality between printing and hardcover printing is minimal. Both techniques are suitable for various formats and paper types. In both cases, the book can be produced as a paperback or hardcover.

Printing on Demand is used when it concerns books with a relatively small print run (from 20 copies).

Offset printing is used for higher print runs (from 500 copies).

We have DeskTopPublishing (DTP) software and the skills to prepare your book (cover and interior) for printing. But you may have already done this yourself.
