Photocopying and scanning

Our self-service machines can print, photocopy and scan documents. Both colour and black-and-white are available.

Photocopying and scanning are fastest with loose pages (A3 or A4). An automatic document feeder lets the machine process originals quickly.

Scans are sent to you automatically by email. Self-service scanning is suitable for just one or a few pages (max. 10 per scan). For larger jobs, please ask about our full-service options.

You can also place your originals directly on the glass and make a photocopy. Make sure there are no staples or paper clips on the original, so the glass isn't damaged. Documents must also be dry, for example after using correction fluid.

Photocopies can be single- or double-sided. Double-sided originals can be copied double-sided automatically.

A4 black-and-white copy/print €0.10 

(from 100 prints onwards, each additional print is €0.05)

A4 colour print €0.25 

(from 100 prints onwards, each additional print is €0.20)

A3 = 2x A4 price
