Envelope Printing
CopyShop Den Haag can print your logo, address details, postage-paid stamp or any other promotional message in full colour on various envelope sizes (such as EA5/6, EA5 and EA4), with or without a window.
Delivery takes 1 to 5 business days. Express delivery is available if you suddenly run out of stock and need to send your mailing.
Personalised envelope printing
We can also personalise EA5 and EA4 envelopes with your information. Simply provide the data in an Excel spreadsheet.
Prices
Prices depend on the size and quantity.
Envelopes are available with a window on the left, a window on the right or no window.
All envelopes have a self-seal strip-lock closure.
EA5/6 and EA5 are made from 90 gsm bright white bank paper; EA4 is made from 120 gsm bright white bank paper.
All prices listed below include 21% VAT.

Preparing your file for printed envelopes
You can supply your file in PDF or JPG Make sure your file is high resolution. We recommend 300 dpi. The original size can be smaller or larger than the size of the print you require. We will scale your original down or up accordingly.
Personalised envelopes
To print personalised details (name and address) on windowless envelopes, we need an Excel spreadsheet from you with the details in separate columns (Mr/Ms, name, street + house number, postcode, town/city). The cost is €35 setup fee + €0.10 per address.
