Printing envelopes
CopyShop Den Haag can print various envelope sizes (such as EA5/6, EA5, and EA4) with and without windows in full colour with your logo, address details, postage paid stamp, or any other advertising message.
The delivery time is between 1 and 5 working days. Fast delivery is therefore possible if you suddenly find yourself out of stock and your mailing needs to go out.
Printing personalized envelopes
We can also provide the EA5 and EA4 envelopes with personalized information. You simply need to supply the data in an Excel sheet.
Prices
The prices depend on the size and quantity.
The envelopes can be supplied with a window on the left, a window on the right, or without a window.
All envelopes have a self-adhesive strip lock closure.
EA5/6 and EA5 are made of 90-gram bright white bankpost paper, EA4 is made of 120-gram bright white bankpost paper
All prices mentioned below include 21% VAT.

Submit file for envelope printing
You can your file in PDF or JPG submit. Ensure the file has a good resolution. We recommend 300 dpi. The original size may be smaller or larger than the size of your desired print. We will then reduce or enlarge your original accordingly.
Personalize envelopes
To provide envelopes without a window with personalized details (name and address), we require an Excel list from you with the data organized by column (Mr/Ms, name, street house number, postal code, city). The costs are 35 euros setup fee 0.10 per address.

All envelopes are packed in handy boxes.
